Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused or refunded at our discretion.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We offer a prepaid return shipping label for $4.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you choose to ship the item back using your own method, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refund amounts will reflect:

    • The 20% restocking fee

    • The $4.99 return label fee (if used)

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
